Song Mondress lawyers provide skills as a team to cover diverse multi-disciplinary issues
affecting employee benefits. Changing laws and evolving benefit concepts present continuing
challenges in plan management, but also offer opportunities through creative legal analysis
and plan designs. Whatever issues arise, we likely have resolved similar situations and
can pinpoint a resolution appropriate to the circumstances.
In addition, since our lawyers all concentrate on employee benefits
law, our clients do not pay for inefficient learning curves. The depth of our practice is
reflected by the fact we are regularly retained by plans with existing legal counsel to serve
as special counsel on particularly serious plan compliance issues.
