Bradley D. Grisham
Brad has practiced ERISA and tax law since 1983. His practice is focused on advising taxable and tax-exempt plan sponsors on all aspects of qualified and non-qualified plan design, regulatory compliance and administration of retirement plans, health and welfare plans and fringe benefits. In addition to drafting plans and required amendments, he has counseled clients and represented them before the IRS and DOL on issues ranging from initial tax-qualification, tax exemption, plan correction programs, unrelated business income, plan audits, fiduciary liability issues, prohibited transactions and participant claims.
