Song Mondress PLLC seeks an ERISA/employee benefits attorney for a partnership-track or of-counsel position in its tax and technical compliance practice group. ERISA or tax experience is desirable. We will mentor the right candidate who has outstanding academic credentials and work references. We have a sophisticated ERISA tax, fiduciary and litigation counseling practice in a small-firm environment, representing major corporate, multiemployer and governmental benefit plans and institutional service providers.
